There were brownish mold spots on my shower ceiling and I used a mixture of bleach and water to remove them. Everything seemed fine but then the next morning, three little black spots appeared. I applied bleach to them, but they are not going away. I also tried vinegar and it was ineffective. Does anyone have any suggestions and/or know of any products that are effective? Thanks!

I was considering getting 5 black molds removed from my face, it cost about $50 per mold. Is that worth it? Also, any downsides with getting a mold removed and should I get it removed? Thanks

We have proper chlorine/ph (now) levels and have shocked it but there is black mold areas all over the bottom and in the crevices around the tiles on the steps and sides. We used some HTP mold/algea treatment and the water is clear, no algea, but the pool looks filthy because of the mold. Is there a treatment we can do ourselves that will work?
I think it is accurately “black algae” not black mold….

We’ve found black mold under the base mouldings in our new house. What products should we use? Where can we buy them? (in-store only, we need to take care of this *FAST*)
Thank-you!

My mom’s bathroom has poor ventilation and the walls are always full of black mold stains, how can you get rid of them or cover them up, even better, how can you make them go away? I’ve tried mold and mildew resistant paint and it still comes back! What can I do? Tile is out of the question, the bathroom is too small. The walls are just concrete and paint. Please Help!

Amanda S asked:
Hello, I am subleasing from my roommate in San Francisco and have discovered there is a problem with black mold. The landlord is very sneaky, and “fixed” the problem earlier this year by painting over it. My roommate is unconcerned with the mold and refuses to contact the landlord again. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to move right away. What are my rights (if any) in California that would allow me to contact the landlord myself and demand the mold be removed?

My boyfriend has black mold growing on his basement walls. They are cement. In the past this room was used for a bedroom. He would like to get it cleaned up and use it again, but not in the condition it is in. Please– only serious answers.
